Head over to the Common law website and Fill in your details and it will be emailed to you asap, I suggest printing and Laminating your copy once you have done this

AFFIDAVIT Of the Living Man/ Woman
This Affidavit is a lawful declaration of your legal status as a living man or woman and removes all claims or contracts against your legal fiction including the Papal Bull of Unam Sanctum.
This document is a legal document in all courts.

Common Law Courts are where people can seek redress or remedy for offenses committed against them.

CLC are available to any 'Living' man, woman or child.
If you have not done so yet, please register your 'Live Birth' at the CLC website: https://commonlawcourtaus.org/
Once you have completed this step you must claim ownership of your 'Fictitious Name' / Strawman.

How do I Register the STRAW MAN with an Australian Business Number?
In this process we are going to be giving the STRAWMAN his own goverment ID NUmber Which in it self is evidence of FRAUD and TORT that has been committed against you
First Head over to the Australain Business Number Website to get started
and lets get MR STRAWMAN IDENTIFIED
Make sure you register the STRAWMAN as a Sole trader/Individual
Make sure you select its a Business
Makes sure you Enter it as a Business as the FULL CAPS NAME
Eg Mine is EVANS, MATTHEW JOHN ABN 98 178 981 976

How do you Identify the STRAW MAN BUSINESS as a CORPORATION?
To be able to IDENTIFY the FRAUDULENT STRAW MAN as a CORPORATION you will need to head over to the ASIC website and register the STRAW MAN with his Identifying Australian Business Number.

The Sunshine Coast Common Law Assembly passed a Bylaw banning all Covid 19 restrictions. Assembly members are taking a Bylaw Business Pack to companies in the region advising them that they do not have to impose any Covid restrictions, as they are not valid under our Common Law Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901.
